The service

Rumpelstiltskin AI generates short parody videos in the style of the viral "Rumpelstiltskin tiptoe" meme from photos you upload. Output is AI-generated content: it may contain artifacts, may not resemble the people in your photos, and is provided for entertainment.

Likeness rights — your responsibility

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission. By checking the consent box you confirm that:

  • you own the photos or have the subject's consent to use them;
  • no photo depicts a minor;
  • no photo depicts a real public figure, celebrity or politician;
  • you will not use generated clips to deceive, defraud, harass, defame or impersonate anyone.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI-generated content disclosure

Every clip this service produces is synthetic media. When you post it, you must use the AI-generated content label where the platform offers one (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube all provide one) and you may not present a render as real footage of a real person.

Credits and payments

  • Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
  • Credits never expire while your account exists.
  • Credits are spent when a render is delivered; failed renders are refunded automatically.
  • Prices are shown in USD and charged through Stripe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to bypass credit checks, scraping or reselling generated output as your own AI service, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the site's operation.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights to your uploaded photos. Subject to these terms you may use the clips you generate for personal and commercial posts. Rumpelstiltskin AI is an independent parody tool and is not affiliated with the original meme creators, the 1987 film, Riff Raff, TikTok or Instagram.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
